All products sold by Virex Kratom are offered strictly as raw botanical materials.
Our products are explicitly NOT sold for human consumption.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
5. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

In the case of damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once an order has been shipped, Virex Kratom is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Carrier-related issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
