Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@virexkratom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement.

Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Virex Kratom is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
